and Waters Upton Moor
This secluded corner of the Weald Moors is almost entirely enclosed by woodland. Yet beneath its plantations lie some of the deepest surviving peatlands in the area. Its seasonally inundated pastures and close proximity to the River Strine also make it a great place to observe the continuing dominance of water in this wet landscape
